기시다 후미오 일본 총리와 보 반 트엉 베트남 국가주석이 27일 일본 도쿄에서 정상회담을 갖고 최근 한반도 정세 등을 논의했습니다.
일본 외무성은 회담 뒤 발표한 공동성명에서 한반도와 관련해 “두 정상이 역내 평화에 도움이 되지 않는 최근 북한의 탄도미사일 발사를 포함한 한반도 정세에 대한 의견을 교환하고 우려를 표명했다”고 밝혔습니다.
[공동성명] “The two leaders exchanged views and expressed concern over the recent situation in the Korean Peninsula, including the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)’s recent ballistic missile launches, which are not conducive to the peace and security of the region. The two leaders reaffirmed the importance of international cooperation and the full implementation of United Nations Security Council resolutions (UNSCRs), and the urgency of the continued pursuit by all relevant parties for peaceful and diplomatic resolutions for the issues pertaining to the Korean Peninsula, including dismantlement of all weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missiles of all ranges in accordance with the 13 relevant UNSCRs, for peace, security, stability, cooperation, and prosperity of theregion and the world. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to enhance cooperation to immediately resolve the abductions issue.”
이어 “두 정상은 국제 협력과 유엔 안보리 결의의 완전한 이행의 중요성을 재확인하고, 역내와 세계의 평화, 안보, 안정, 협력 번영을 위해 13개 관련 유엔 안보리 결의에 따라 모든 대량살상무기와 모든 사거리의 탄도미사일 해체를 포함해 한반도 관련 문제에 대한 모든 관련 당사국들의 평화적, 외교적 해결을 위한 지속적인 노력의 시급성을 재차 확인했다”고 전했습니다.
아울러 “두 정상은 납치 문제의 조속한 해결을 위해 협력을 강화하겠다는 의지도 재확인했다고” 공동성명은 밝혔습니다.
